【Abstract】Withtherapid improvement of the intellgenceandconnectivitylevelsof automobiles,the electronicand electricalarchitecture is evolving from distributed todomain controlersandcentralcomputing architectures,which poses strictrequirementsfortheflexibilitydigitalization,andcollaborationcapabilitiesofintellgentmanufacturing.Tadiioal manufacturing technologiesaredificulttoadapttotheproductiondemandsofincreasedarchitectural integrationmodular recombination of components,and rapid iteration of multiple versions.They have pain points such as low adaptation effciency,diffcultqualitycontrol,and high costs.Thisresearch focusesonthe inteligent manufacturingadaptation technologyoftheelectronicandelectricalarchitectureofintellgentconnectedvehicles,exploringcoreadaptationpaths andkeytechnologicalbreakthroughs,which isof great significanceforpromoting theintellgentmanufacturing upgradeof the automotive industry.
