【Abstract】This paper analyzes the current situation of the batery thermal management system for electric vehicles,thecurrent mainstream technologies and energy eficiencylevels,and pointsout the existing problems such as imperfectthermal managementdesign forindividualbatteries,defects inthesystem'sheatdisipationstructure,and low inteligence level of control strategies.Proposesolutions suchas improvingthe internal thermal management designof bateries,optimizingthe heatdissipationstructure,andapplying intellgentcontrolstrategies.Research shows hatafter comprehensiveoptimization,theenergyeficiencyofthesystemcanbeeectivelyimproved,accuatetemperaturecotrol canbe achieved,the performance and safetyofthebatterycanbe guaranteed,and thesustainabledevelopmentof the electric vehicle industry can be promoted.
