高等工科院校青年教师教学学术能力提升途径探讨

Abstract:Young teachersarethebackboneof teachersinhigherengineeringuniversities,andtheteachingandacademic abilityofyoungteachersisteeytothequalityoftalenttraininginhigherengneeinguniversities.Cultivatingyoungteahersis animportanttaskofhigherengineeringuniversits,espciallforcommonegineeinguniversitis.Itisnotonlythgaranteof theteachingquaityofhigherengineeringuniversitiesbutalsotheinexhaustibledrivingforceforthedevelopmentofhigher engineringuniversities.Sincetheteachingacademicabilityofteachersinhigherengineeringuniversiesisthefundamentalfactor ofthequaityofhigherengineringeducation,thispaperanalyzesmanyproblemsandcausesofthelackofteachingacademic abilityinudergraduateteaching,basedonthecharacteristicsofengineering,thetrainingmechanismoftheteachingandacademic abilitypromotionofyoungteacherswith"threenews,threepromotionsandthreeadvances"isconstructedndtheefectiveways to improve the teaching and academic ability of young teachers in higher engineering colleges are explored.

对于高等工科院校教师教学学术能力的概念和内涵,不同的学者从不同的角度给出的结果可能有所不同,不过,基于我们自身多年来的研究与探索,对于高等工科院校而言,教师教学学术能力的内涵可概括为:以核心工程知识为基础、以教书育人能力为核心,主要包括教学智慧与教学设计、教学组织与教学监控、教学管理与教学研究、教学反思与教学创新、数字化素养与信息工程技术应用、育人理念与育人能力等为实现培养目标和教学要求而具备的综合性能力[1]。(剩余6779字)
