基于结构方程模型的管理学课程学习投入对学习体验的影响研究

Abstract:Basedonthepracticalneedsoffreshmenadapting theirlearningmodesduringthetransitiontohighereducation, andadresing thelackofresearchonleamingengagementmechanismsinManagementcourse,thisstudyconducteda questionairesurveyof2Ol economicsandmanagementfreshmen.Usingastructuralequationmodel,thispaperanalyzed the relationshipbetweenlearningengagementandlearningexperience.Theresultsindicatethat,Whilebehavioralengagement significantlyandpositivelypredictscognitiveandagenticengagement,itsdirectefectonleamingexperienceisinsigificant, revealingariskofformalized,suface-levelleaingbehaviors.Cognitiveengagementhasamodestbutsignificantpositiveimpact on learning experience( 10% variance), suggesting underutilized metacognitive strategies. Agentic engagement emerges as the core driverofleamingexperience.Accordingly,adual-subjectimprovementframeworkisproposed:forinstructors,designintegrated chaintasks(ombighaviralogitive,ndgencals)evenitellientgniivebox(e.gowdgeait error-correctionprompts),ndimplementPBL(Project-BasedLeaing)projects.Forsudents:adoptprocessfocusedleangad micro-actionlists toenhanceautonomy.Thisstudyprovidesempiricalevidenceforenhancingthequalityof managementeducation.
