Abstract：Inresponsetothecriticalchallengesposedbythegreentransfomationofthetextileindustrythereisanurgent needtoinnovatethecultivationofhigh-leveltalentinenvironmentalengineering.Leveragingtheuniqueinterdisciplinary strengthsofDonghaUniversityintextilesandenvironmentalsience，thisstudyestablishsavalueabilityovatio"te stageempowermenttrainingsystemforgraduatestudentsinenvironmentalengineringorientedtowardthetextileindustry. Throughvalueempowement，students‘identificationwiththegreenmissonoftheindustryisstrengthened；throughabilityempowerment，apracticalplatformintegratingindustryandeducationisconstructed；andthroughinnovationempowement，ainter disciplinarycolboationmeansmisstablsedfoingafullhntringodelof"dagosisevelopntatio" Thissystmefectielyadresestheshortomingsoftraditionaltrainingmodels，suchasisufcientvalueguidance，weakpracticalskill，，andinadequateinnovationtranslationsgnificantlyancinggauates‘profesionalcompetenceandinnovativeapacity inservingthegreedevelopmentofteindustry.Itprovidesareplicableandscalablemodelforcultivatinghigh-leveltalentto support the green transformation of the textile sector.
