面向能力培养的新商科课程游戏化教学模式探索

Abstract:Againstthebackdropof theconstructionof New BusinessStudies,thispaperproposesacompetency-oriented gamifiedteachingmodel.DrawingontheMechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics(MDA)framework fromgamedesign,thestudy deconstructsthepedagogicalmechanismsofbusinesssimulationgames.Aclosed-loopteachingprocedurenamediSeeis constructed,encompassngfourphases:Iitiate,StudyExpansionandExamnationwhichesurestheefetivetrasforatioof gameexperiencesintocompetencies development.Bypresentingateachingcase,thispaper elaboratesonhowthemodelbreaks downdisciplinarybarriersandsignificantlyenhancesstudents’systemsthinking,data-drivendecision-makingcapabilities,and leadershipincomplexenvironmentsviascenariosimulation,cross-functional gameplayanddata-informeddecision-making.This exploration provides areplicable theoretical model and practical pathway for the reformof business education.
