Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialinteligence（Al）technology，FermentationEngineeringcouseisfacing dualdemandsforinteligentrestructuringandpracticalparadigminovation.Addressingthedilemmasthatfrontieruniversities faceinsmartteaching，theexplorationofteachingreformhasbeencariedoutbasedontheMinistryofEducation's"MOOCsfor WesterChinaInitiative20".Theseinitiativesincludejointlydevelopinghigh-qualityandsharedcourseswitheasternuniversitis supportigXijiang，innovatinginteruniversitycolaboratieteacingappoaches，enricingideologicalandpoliticalelemnts， refiningthevirtualrealitegatedpacticaleachngstem，ndstabsingultimensalsessntidicatos，stiely Byleveragingtheadvantagesofsmartteaching，theengineringpracticeabilityandinovativethinkingof studentshavebeen enhanced，andthequalityofteachinghasbeenimproved.Thisstudyprovidesnewideasandapproachesforborderuniversities to explore the digital transformation and high-quality development of education.
