Abstract：Inviewof thenumerousproblemsexistinginthecurrent"massentrepreneurshipandinnovation"educationin colegesanduniversities，suchasthesingleteachingmode，insuficientpracticaltrainingplatforms，andthelaggingcostruction oftheteaching staff team，thispaper focusesontheimpactoftheproject-basedteachingmodeonthecultivation"mass entrepreneurshipandinovation"abiliesforcollgestudents.Throughtheoreticalandcasestudyanalyses，thispaperexplores themechanismsandimplementationffectsofproject-basedteaching，whichreliesonfacultystudentresearchprojects，in fostering"dualinovation"abilities.Strategiessuchasoptimizingprojectdesign，strengthening facultyteamdevelopment， improvingteachingmanagementandevaluationsystems，enhancinginstitutionalframeworks，andreinforcingpracticaltraining platformconstructionareproposed.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalandpracticalreferencesforthereformofinovationand entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
