Abstract：WiththeimprovementofChina'scomprehensivenational strength，thestateatachesgreatimportancetothe developmentof highereducation.Inrecentyears，thesafetyengineringspecialtyhasdevelopedrapidly，andplaysakeyrolein cultivatinghighqualityengineeringandsientifictalents.Especiallyunderthebackgroundoftecurentvigorousdevelopentof newformatsnewindustries，newtechnologiesandnewmodels，thedemandforsafetyengineeringprofesionalswithinovation abilityandcross-borderintegrationabilityisincreasing.Thispapermainlydiscussesthetransformationandupgradingpathof safetyengineringspecialtyandthecultivationmodeofdiversifiedandinnovativetalents.Underthebackgroundofneweconomy andnewbusinessthispaperexpoundsindetailhowtorealizetheinnovationofthetraditionalsafetyengineeingeducation modeandthecultivationofinovativetalentsthroughthemeasuresofprofessonaldirectionoptimzation，curriculumsystem reconstructionandmultidimensionalpracticeconstruction，aimingtomtthenationaldevelopmentstrategyandidustrydemand， improve the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation and ensure the safety of social production.
