Abstract:Thepersonalizedcultivationofoutstandingminingtalentsisanurgentneedforthedevelopmentofthemining sectorinthenewera,astraditionalcultivationmodelsstrugletometthedemandsofrapidtechnologicaldvancement. Artificialinteligence,byestablishingadata-driven,learner-centeredciationmodel,canahieveaclosedoofpersoalized education-fromdiagnosisandrecommendationtoevaluation-makingitapowerfulmethodforrealizingthepersonalizedcultivation ofoutstandingminingtalents.Inresponsetoissessuchastheinsuffientadaptabilityofintellgntminingteachingsystes,the laginconstructingmining knowledgegraphs,andthelimitedAI-asistedteachingcapablitiesofinstructors,thisstudyproposes severalAI-basedpathways.Theseincludebuildingdynamiclearningdemanddiagnosismodels,developingadaptiveresource recommendation systems,and establishing a collborative teaching model combining "AI + instructors".Ultimately,this aimsto constructaninteligentandpersonalizedminingeducationecosystem,therebypromoting high-qualitydevelopmentinthe personalized cultivation of outstanding mining talents.
