Abstract:Tocultivatehigh-qualitymaterialsprofesionalswithadeepsenseofnationalresponsibilityandinovativspi, alignedwithnationalstrategiesandregionaleconomicdevelopmentneeds,theSchoolofMaterialsScienceandEnginringat SichuaUniversityofScienceandEngineeringhasestablisheda"one-body,two-wings,four-whel-drive"system.Centeredon Partybuildingastheaxisandmaterialsscienceasthecore,thissystemdrivesreformsincuriculum,teaching,practice,and suportthroughtheintegrationofscienceeducationandindustry-educationcollaboration.Itsystematicallyresolvesthcore contradictionsinmaterials-elatedprofesionaltalentcultivationachevingprofoundtransformationsinducationalphiloopy models,andpathways.Practicehasdemonstratedthesystem'sremarkableefectivenes:theemploymentrateofgraduateshas consistently remained above 92% ,with a postgraduate rate exceeding 30% . Notable cases include entrepreneurship and military serviceachievements,fullyshowcasingthequalityofcultivatinghigh-caliberappliedtalents.Thissystemprovidesareplicable reformparadigmformaterialsscienceandenginering,aswellasbroaderengineeringtalentcultivationinhighereducation institutions,offering significant reference value.
