Abstract：Teachingsupervisionisaproceduralguaranteeofthequalityoftalentcultivation.Withtheadvancementof educationaldigitalreform，teachingsupervisionincollegesanduniversitiesisconfrontedwithnumerousnewchanges.The problemsexisting insupervisionhavebeendiscussedfromaspects includingteachingenvironment，evaluationsystemand supervision methods.Tosolvetheabove-mentionedproblems，reformaproachesareproposed，whichincludeconstructinga unifiedteachingsupervisionplatfom，establishingasupervisionmechanismforvirtualteachingspaces，improvingadata-driven teachingevaluationsystem，andinovatingsupervisionmethodsorientedtodigitalandinteligenttransformation.Theseapproaches ensurethatteachingsupervisionincollgesanduniversitiesinthedigitalandintellgenteracanbeterplayitsiportantrole in guaranteeing teaching quality.
