Abstract：Improving thegovernancestructuresystemof modernuniversityisof great significancetobuilding world-clas universitieswithChinesestyle.Throughavarietyofresearchmethods，thispaperexplorestheconnotationofuniversity govemancestructuresystem，comparesthecharacteristicsofuniversitygovernanceathomeandabroad，triestoinnovativelyput forwardthe"doublecycle"structuremodelofuniversitygovermancewithChinesecharacteristics，andexpoundsinternalrelation amongthem.Basedontheimprovementof govermance structure，itproposestoconcentrateonsystemconstructioninfour aspects：implementationinstitutionalimprovement，culture，andguarantee，expectingtoprovideideasandinspirationforthe research of university governance at home.
