Abstract：Promotingtheemploymentofcolegestudentsisoneofthecoregoalsofthecarerguidancecourses.Theresults ofthequestionnairesurveyandthequalitativeinterviewinthisstudyshowedthatthe"slowemployment"choicesuchasflocking totakethe postgraduateentranceexamination，blindlyapplyingforcivilserviceorpublicinstitutionpositions，andnotsearching forajobwitoutpreparingforone'sownareerdevelopment，wascoelatedwithjosearchstress，jobsearchself-fcacyjobsearchclarity，traitprocrastination，andnon-experientialcognition.Mostoftheexistingcarergudancecoursesforcolege studentsweredisembodied，staticandapriori，andhadlowefectivenessininterveninginthephenomenonof"slow employment".Guidedbytherequirementsofembodiedaction，interactionandenactionoftheembodied-enactivecognitive science，weshouldfocusonorganizingpracticalandexperientialteachingandevaluation，groupcooperativeleamingandinquiry basedleaning，helpingcollgestudentsenactheircognitionofemploymentsituation，profesionalenviroment，theirowability andcareerplanningintheirembodiedactionsof interactionwiththeenvironmentandothers，enhancetheirjobsearchselfeficacyandjob-searchclarityreducingtheirjobsearchstress，controlthenegativeimpactoftraitprocrastinationndthereby promoting their job search behavior.
