Abstract:Promotingtheemploymentofcolegestudentsisoneofthecoregoalsofthecarerguidancecourses.Theresults ofthequestionnairesurveyandthequalitativeinterviewinthisstudyshowedthatthe"slowemployment"choicesuchasflocking totakethe postgraduateentranceexamination,blindlyapplyingforcivilserviceorpublicinstitutionpositions,andnotsearching forajobwitoutpreparingforone'sownareerdevelopment,wascoelatedwithjosearchstress,jobsearchself-fcacyjobsearchclarity,traitprocrastination,andnon-experientialcognition.Mostoftheexistingcarergudancecoursesforcolege studentsweredisembodied,staticandapriori,andhadlowefectivenessininterveninginthephenomenonof"slow employment".Guidedbytherequirementsofembodiedaction,interactionandenactionoftheembodied-enactivecognitive science,weshouldfocusonorganizingpracticalandexperientialteachingandevaluation,groupcooperativeleamingandinquiry basedleaning,helpingcollgestudentsenactheircognitionofemploymentsituation,profesionalenviroment,theirowability andcareerplanningintheirembodiedactionsof interactionwiththeenvironmentandothers,enhancetheirjobsearchselfeficacyandjob-searchclarityreducingtheirjobsearchstress,controlthenegativeimpactoftraitprocrastinationndthereby promoting their job search behavior.
