Abstract:Thenewerademandsadministrativeprofesionalswithadvancedcompetencies,andgraduateeducationmust contributetothemodernizationofnationalgovernance.Thisstudydevelopsanintegratedfour-cyclemodel-caseteaching, problem-basedpractice,casecompetitions,andresearchprojectstailoredtothediscipline'scharacteristicsandtalentnds, aimingtofosterdeepintegrationofteaching,research,practice,andinovation.Groundedindisciplinarydevelopmentrealities, theresearchexplorestheteoreticalfoundations,operatioalmechanisms,adimplementationrategiesofthismodel,proposinga systematicapproachthatleveragescaseandprojectrepositoriesasfoundationalpilars,problem-drivenmethodologiesasthecore thread,and multi-stakeholder collaboration asthe driving force.
