Abstract：Underthebackgroundof nationalland-useplanning，newdemandshavebenplacedonthetransformationof the urbanadrural planning discipline，whichnowfaces thechalengeof transitioningfromphysical spacedesign tocomprehensive governance.Currently，thetalentcultivationsystemforubanandruralplanningprofessonalssufersfromprominentissussuch asgapsinpracticalcapabilitiesandinsuficientinterdisciplinaryintegration.Thispaperconstructsa"four-module，treeintegration，three-enhancement"trainingmodelthroughemployersurveys，proposinga"foundation-core-practice"cuiculum systemanddeepeningindustry-academia-researchintegrationanduniversity-enterprisecolaboration.Thestudyprovidesan inovativepathwayfortalentcultivationintheneweraofnationalspatialplanningandofersareplicablemodelforurbanand rural planning talent cultivation.
