对标与融合:中德高校联合共建实验室模式探索

Abstract:InthecontextofChina’snationaldevelopment,acriticalchallngeforhighereducationinstiutionsinChinais howtointroduceinternationallyadvancedengineringeducationmodelsandcultivatetheyoungscientictalentsandexceptional engineersrequiredbytheera.Curently,Sino-foreigncoperativeeducationoftenfacespracticaldificulties,suchasthe inadequateadaptationoftransplantedodelsanddifcultiesinachievingdeepintegationofeducationalpilosophies.Thispaper presentstheSino-GermanLaboratoryofBeerBrewingProcessControl,ajointinitiativeestablishedbyShenzhenTechnology University(SZTU)and Ostbayerische Technische HochschuleRegensburg(OTH Regensburg),asacase study.Thestudy systematicallyexaminesthepracticalprocessoftransitioningfrombenchmarking Shenzhen SpeedagainstGermanQualityto integration.Thepaperanalyzesthebackgroundandexistingchalengesofuniversitycoperationthenoutlinesthedevelopment processofthejointlaboratory.Furthermore,thestudydiscusestheintegratedteachingmodelcombining knowledgewithpractice, andtheresearchmodelthatmutuallyreinforcesteachingandresearch.Finall,thepracticaloutcomesofthejointlaboratoryin studentcltivationandteaching/researchoutputsaresummarized.TheexplorationofthisSino-Germanjointlaboratorymodel ofersvaluableinsightsintodiferentculturalintegrationinengineeringeducationwithinuniversities,andprovidessubstantive reference for promoting the internationalization of application-oriented universities.
