Abstract：InthecontextofChina’snationaldevelopment，acriticalchallngeforhighereducationinstiutionsinChinais howtointroduceinternationallyadvancedengineringeducationmodelsandcultivatetheyoungscientictalentsandexceptional engineersrequiredbytheera.Curently，Sino-foreigncoperativeeducationoftenfacespracticaldificulties，suchasthe inadequateadaptationoftransplantedodelsanddifcultiesinachievingdeepintegationofeducationalpilosophies.Thispaper presentstheSino-GermanLaboratoryofBeerBrewingProcessControl，ajointinitiativeestablishedbyShenzhenTechnology University（SZTU）and Ostbayerische Technische HochschuleRegensburg（OTH Regensburg），asacase study.Thestudy systematicallyexaminesthepracticalprocessoftransitioningfrombenchmarking Shenzhen SpeedagainstGermanQualityto integration.Thepaperanalyzesthebackgroundandexistingchalengesofuniversitycoperationthenoutlinesthedevelopment processofthejointlaboratory.Furthermore，thestudydiscusestheintegratedteachingmodelcombining knowledgewithpractice， andtheresearchmodelthatmutuallyreinforcesteachingandresearch.Finall，thepracticaloutcomesofthejointlaboratoryin studentcltivationandteaching/researchoutputsaresummarized.TheexplorationofthisSino-Germanjointlaboratorymodel ofersvaluableinsightsintodiferentculturalintegrationinengineeringeducationwithinuniversities，andprovidessubstantive reference for promoting the internationalization of application-oriented universities.
