Abstract：Theexperimentalteachingofcropcultivationfacessignificantchallngesunderthedual initiativesof developing newagriculturalsciencesandimplementingtheruralrevitlizationstrategy.Conventionalteachingmodelshaveledtoa curiculumisaligedwithindustryneds，spatiotemporalandtechologicalconstraintsinimplementation，andlimitedducatioal efectiveness.Guidedbythe"ThreeCompleteEducation"concept，thisstudyconstructsanintegratedexperimentalteaching systemencompassing"wholeprocessconnectionallmembercollborationandomprehensiveintegratio."Tesystedess theconflictbetweencropgrowthcyclesandacademicschedulesthroughathree-phaseteachingchainof"virtualsimulation，field practice，anddataiteration."Byestablishingauniversityenterpriseual-tutorsystem，specializedteachingsupport，anda"field managementsystem，itcreatesamulti-olaborativeeducationframework.Furthermore，troughdeepintegrationofideological education，empowermentviasmartteaching platforms，andmulti-dimensionalevaluationusingthe"competencyradarchart"，the systemachievesorganicunityofknowledgetransmision，capabilitydevelopment，andvaluecultivation.Thisframeworkprovides anefectiveapproachforcultivatingnwagriculturaltalentswithprofessionalcompetene，ruralcommitment，ndfarerempathy offering significant practical value for promoting higher agricultural education reform.
