Abstract:Theexperimentalteachingofcropcultivationfacessignificantchallngesunderthedual initiativesof developing newagriculturalsciencesandimplementingtheruralrevitlizationstrategy.Conventionalteachingmodelshaveledtoa curiculumisaligedwithindustryneds,spatiotemporalandtechologicalconstraintsinimplementation,andlimitedducatioal efectiveness.Guidedbythe"ThreeCompleteEducation"concept,thisstudyconstructsanintegratedexperimentalteaching systemencompassing"wholeprocessconnectionallmembercollborationandomprehensiveintegratio."Tesystedess theconflictbetweencropgrowthcyclesandacademicschedulesthroughathree-phaseteachingchainof"virtualsimulation,field practice,anddataiteration."Byestablishingauniversityenterpriseual-tutorsystem,specializedteachingsupport,anda"field managementsystem,itcreatesamulti-olaborativeeducationframework.Furthermore,troughdeepintegrationofideological education,empowermentviasmartteaching platforms,andmulti-dimensionalevaluationusingthe"competencyradarchart",the systemachievesorganicunityofknowledgetransmision,capabilitydevelopment,andvaluecultivation.Thisframeworkprovides anefectiveapproachforcultivatingnwagriculturaltalentswithprofessionalcompetene,ruralcommitment,ndfarerempathy offering significant practical value for promoting higher agricultural education reform.
