Abstract:Thispaperextendsthe methodologyofactionresearch tothefieldof Masterof PublicAdministration (MPA) educationandteaching,andconstructsanMPA"practionerresearch"trainingmodelfromatheoreticalperspective,withthe goalofenhancinggraduatestudents’practicalinnovationabilty.BasedontheactualsituationofMPAtrainingandeducationat NUniversitythispaperidentifiesthekeyissuesfacedbythe"practitionerresearch"trainingmodel,includingthelackofbility tooverseetheentireprocessof"practionerresearch"asa"researcher",thelackofmotivationforMPAstudentsto conduct"practitionerresearch"supportedbytraditionalteachingandlearningrelationships,andtheabsenceofmechanismsin thecurrenttrainingmodeltopromote MPAstudents’engagementin"practitionerresearch".Targetedimplementationpathsare proposed.Thispaperprovidesthetheoreticalguidanceandpracticalsolutionsforenhancingthepracticalinnovationabiltyof MPAstudents,whichishelpfulinresolvingthedilemmaofdisconectionbetweentheoryandpracticeinMPAeducatioand teaching and promoting the connotative and high-quality development of MPA education.
