Abstract：Thispaperextendsthe methodologyofactionresearch tothefieldof Masterof PublicAdministration （MPA） educationandteaching，andconstructsanMPA"practionerresearch"trainingmodelfromatheoreticalperspective，withthe goalofenhancinggraduatestudents’practicalinnovationabilty.BasedontheactualsituationofMPAtrainingandeducationat NUniversitythispaperidentifiesthekeyissuesfacedbythe"practitionerresearch"trainingmodel，includingthelackofbility tooverseetheentireprocessof"practionerresearch"asa"researcher"，thelackofmotivationforMPAstudentsto conduct"practitionerresearch"supportedbytraditionalteachingandlearningrelationships，andtheabsenceofmechanismsin thecurrenttrainingmodeltopromote MPAstudents’engagementin"practitionerresearch".Targetedimplementationpathsare proposed.Thispaperprovidesthetheoreticalguidanceandpracticalsolutionsforenhancingthepracticalinnovationabiltyof MPAstudents，whichishelpfulinresolvingthedilemmaofdisconectionbetweentheoryandpracticeinMPAeducatioand teaching and promoting the connotative and high-quality development of MPA education.
