Abstract：Underthebackgroundofnewengineringdisciplinesandecologicalcivilizationconstruction，thestateand industrieshaveintroducednewrequirementsfortalentsinlandconsolidationengineering，emphasizingtheneedto"undestand design，mastersurveyingexelinecolog，andbeproficientinmanagement."Tissudysystematicalldisussesthecoreoleof the"LandConsolidationSurvey"courseinthecultivationofudergraduatetalentsinlandconsolidationengineeringfromthree dimensions：knowledgesystemconstruction，corecompetencydevelopment，and profesional valueshaping.Basedonthe educationalpracticesoftheSchoolofLandEngineering，Chang'anUniversity，afour-in-oneteachingreformpathintegrating "theory-technology-practice-ideologicalandpolitcaleducation"isproposed.Thispathincludesrestructuringmodularteaching content，inovatingvitual-physicalcombinedteachingmethods，deepeningheintegrationofideolgicalandpoliticaleducation intothecurrculum，andstrengtheningproces-orientedassessment.Thestudyalsooutlinesfuturedirectionsforthe"Land ConsolidationSurveycourseinreassuchasintellgentsurveyingandecologicalrestoration，aimingtoprovidereferencesforthe construction and reform of similar courses in related disciplines.
