Abstract: A set of 60kt⋅a-1 1. butene production plant was built by using C4 containing rich 2-butene ether after etherificationasrawmaterial,andadoptingacompletesetof technologypioneeredinChina,namely“selective hydrogenation + superpre-fractionation +2 -butene isomerization+etherificationandisobutylene removal + precision rectification". The operating results showed that under fulload conditions, the total yield of1-butene was 56.15% the average conversion rate of 2-butene in the isomeric unit reached 17.73% ,and the selectivity of 1-butene reached 99.75% ,the loss rates of 1-butene of pre-hydrogenation and post-hydrogenation were 10.22% and 3.46% ,the comprehensive energy consumption was 23359.84MJ-1 .The products1-butene,isobutane,and MTBE met the quality requirements.
