Abstract:TheproductionofcrudeoilafectsVariousaspectsofthe nationaleconomy.However, the waxing problemof crude oil seriously affects its production. Using crude oil from Xianhe oil production plant of Shengli oilfield as the research object,a polymer-typeoil-based paraffn inhibitor was synthesized.The paraffin inhibitor was characterized by nuclear magneticresonance (NMR),infrared (IR),andX-raydiraction (XRD),whichprovedthattheparafinitor was successfullysynthesizedand explained the reason why the paraffin inhibitor inhibited the accumulationof parafn moleculesfromamolecularperspective.Afterading theparaffininhibitor, theparaffincrystallizationpeak temperature of the crude oil decreased from to $2 9 . 8 5 \mathrm { ~ \ ^ ~ { \circ } C }$ ,which was lower than the production temperature of oil. Through molecular simulations,a paraffin molecule and paraffin inhibitor mixture model was established. After annealing and dynamic equilibrium,the interaction energybetween the paraffin molecule and theparaffn inhibitor molecule was much lower than the interaction energy between parain molecules,the mechanism of parafin inhibitor inhibiting paraffn formation in crude oil was revealed.
