壳聚糖及其衍生物在肿瘤治疗中的应用进展

Abstract： Chitosan （CS），asanatural cationic polysaccharide，hasatracted considerable attention inthe biomedical field duetoitsexcelentmodifiability，biocompatibility，andbioactivity.Combined withtherelevantliteratureathome and abroad，several commonly used chitosan derivatives，including carboxylated chitosan，quatermized chitosan，and alkylatedchitosan， were briefly introduced; and thelatest advances ofchitosanand its derivatives intumortherapeutic means，such as chemotherapy，targeted therapy，gene therapy，phototherapy，and combination therapy， were highlighted， and the future development trend of the derivatives was also envisioned.
