Abstract:Athermo-fluid coupled multiphysics model of the wellbore wasestablished to investigatethe Variation paterns of temperature and presure fields of produced fluids in the annular space of thermal production wells throughout theentire production stage.The model considered the efects of watercut and temperatureon the rheological behaviorof the produced fluid and was solved using the finite element method.The results indicated that increasig the production rate during the earlyand middle productionstagescould reduce heat los,whereas decreasing the production rate in the late production stage facilitated temperature recovery at the wellead.The pressure from the botomhole to the wellhead decreased slowly at first and then rapidly,transitioning from gravity-dominated pressure drop to friction-dominated pressure drop.When thewatercut of the produced fluid increased from 70% to 80% , its viscosity decreased by approximately 30% 1
