Analysis of Green Hydrogen Scale Optimization

Abstract: Hydrogen is a clean secondary energy source, one of the significant backgrounds for its development is to realize the conversion of new energy power to the chemical field,and to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industrialand energy fields.In viewof thecurrent highcostofgreen hydrogen production,by adjusting the scheduling strategy and capacity configuration of solar hydrogen production,the construction investmentof green hydrogen plant was optimized,andtheutilizationrate ofequipment intheoperation process was improved,the goal of reducing the cost of green hydrogen was achieved. Under the conditions ofselected new energy construction scale and gren hydrogen annual capacity,combined with regional photovoltaic power generation curveand al-daypeak valley flat electricity price of the grid,the power dispatching strategy of the green hydrogen plant was determined.Through the equipment selection of green hydrogen plantand the iterative calculation ofoperating costs under power dispatching, theoveralleconomy of the project was analyzed,and the construction scaleof hydrogen production plant was determied.The results showed thatthe scale optimization process was related to scheduling strategy,regional light resources,installed capacityofhydrogen production,regional peak valley flat electricityprice and other factors.The research process and results have obvious guiding significance for the engineering application of green hydrogen production scale optimization.
