Abstract:Emergency monitoring technology for sudden environmental incidents in petrochemical enterprises has the advantages of rapid responseand providing key data support for decision-making. However,it also has problems such as insufficient intellgence level of monitoring equipment, incomplete data integration and sharing mechanisms,and low cross-departmental collaborationefciency.In this paper,the basic characteristics of suddenenvironmental incidents inpetrochemical enterprises were introduced,suchasconcentratedrisk sources,high material danger,and chain-like evolution of accidents.Thecore needs and roles of emergency monitoring in the entire life cycle were It brieflydescribed,including incidentreportingandactivation,on-site handling,emergency terminationand post-incident recovery. The technical clasification from traditional on-site rapid testing to modern air-ground integrated monitoring Was analyzed as wellas their advantages and disadvantages.The current prominent problems in technical equipment, management mechanisms and data colaboration were reviewed.The results shows that it is necessary toaccelerate theresearchandapplicationofhigh-precisionand high-adaptabilitymonitoring technologies and equipment, build a modemn emergency monitoring system of "air-ground integration,data fusion and intellient decision-making", strengthen equipment management and personnel training to enhance practical capabilities, and establish multi-level information sharing platforms to improve the multi-departmental colaborative emergency mechanism, so as to comprehensively enhance the modernization leveland practical capabilities of the environmental emergency monitoring system inpetrochemical enterprises,and provide solid technicalsupport for ensuring ecological environment safety and public health.
