QJH-02催化剂在制氢装置工业应用

Abstract: In order to reduce the hydrogen production cost of the refinery and expand the sources ofhydrogen in the refinery,Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Branch Company uses QJH-02 hydrofining catalyst to treat hydrogen production raw materials with high olefin content such as coking dry gas.Inthis paper,actual application of QJH-02 catalyst inthe refinery was analyzed.Theresults showed that desulfurized gas without olefins and with sulfur mass concentration <0.5mg⋅m-3 was stably obtained from mixed gas of coking dry gas, natural gas and membrane tail gas in any proportion after hydrofining with this catalyst and zinc oxide desulfurization treatment, meeting the requirements of the conversion catalyst for the raw gas in the hydrogen production unit. Moreover, by observing the current temperatureofthe hydrofiningcatalyst bed,it was foundthatthehighest temperatureof the bed was maintainedat 339-349∘C , indicating that the catalyst still maintained good hydrofining activity after 3 years of operation and had a large temperature increase space.

石家庄炼化分公司炼油作业一部拥有1万 t⋅a-1 制氢装置2套, 1# 制氢装置由中国石化工程建设公司设计,2002年4月建成投产,装置主要以焦化干气、天然气、膜尾气为主要原料气,采用烃类蒸气转化法造气、PSA法提纯氢气的工艺路线生产氢气[1-3]。(剩余5808字)
