Abstract:Dimethylether,as themost promisingalternative togasolineanddieselfuel,hasbecomeakeyresearch focus foran ncreasingumberofscholars.Itsprospectsare exceptionallbroad,bothinterms ofenvironmentalbenefits and socialimpact.In this paper,the REquil balanced reactor inAspen Plus wasusedto simulate dimethylether synthesis. The optimal carbon-to-hydrogen volumeratio,mostsuitable physical propertymethd,and idealreactionconditions for producing dimethyl ether via aone-step syngas process were investigated.The results indicated that the optimalcarbonto-hydrogen volume ratio was 2.05, the optimal reaction temperature was 255°C , and the optimal reaction pressure was 7MPa . Additionally, the water vapor content in the reaction feed should be minimized as much as possible.
