废旧锂电池负极石墨回收及再利用研究进展

Abstract: Graphite anode materials play a critical role in lithium-ion battries.With the rapid development of the industry,their demand continues torise.However, improperhandling of large volumes of waste graphite willead to resource waste and environmental polltion.Therefore,the eficient recyclingand reutilization of waste graphite has become a key industry focus. In this paper,the currnt mainstream recycling technologies for waste graphite were reviewed,the process flows of physical crushing methods and chemical dismantling methods were introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in termsof eficiency,cost,and environmental impact.Regarding reutilizationapplications,thepotential of recycled graphite inareassuch as battry manufacturing,graphene preparation,and water treatmentwasoutlined.Considering the current challengesof technical bottenecksand underdeveloped system, it was pointed out that future eforts should focus on enhancing the economic viability of recycling processes by optimizing pre-treatment and purification steps to reduce costs,and the establishment of a closed-loop system encompassing "recycling-regeneration-appication" should be accelerated to promote synergistic efforts from both policyand market forces. Onlyby achieving ful-industry chain collaboration for spent lithium-ion bateries can a balance between resource recycling and environmental protection be atained,thereby supporting the green and sustainable development of the lithium battery industry.
