低温柴油吸收技术脱除气体中有机硫化物的应用

Abstract:Refinery dry gasand organic waste gas contain sulfur compounds such as hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfide,carbon disulfideand mercaptans.The technology for removing hydrogen sulfide is relatively mature,but the removal of organic sulfur is more challenging.To meet the sulfur emission requirements stipulated by relevant standards,the low-temperature diesel absorption technology is adopted to remove organic sulfur from the gas. In this paper,the principle,process flowand key equipment of the low-temperature diesel absorption technology for removing organicsulfur were introduced,and some industrial applications of the low-temperature diesel absorption technologyfor removing organic sulfur in the treatment of organic waste gas and the desulfurization of gas holder dry gas were listed.In the application ofodor control for organic waste gas emissions from the topof waste oil and acid water tanks,the total organic sulfur mass concentration in the exhaust gas after low-temperature diesel absorption was no more than 20mg⋅m-3 .In the industrial application of removing organic sulfur from gas holder dry gas,when the designed scale was 5000Nm3⋅h-1 , the low-temperature diesel absorption temperature was from 20∘C to 40∘C and the absorption pressure was 1.3MPa ,carbonyl sulfur mass concentration in the purified gas was less than 50mg⋅m-3 ,and the total mass concentration of organic sulfur except carbonyl sulfur was less than 8mg⋅m-3 ,
