A Practical Study on Integrating Shanxi Regional Culture into Lifelong Foreign Language Education under Digital Empowerment

Abstract： Under the background of the construction of a lifelong education system and the strategy of building a culturally strong country，integrating regional culture into foreign language education isan important wayto met the needs of cultural dissemination abroad and individual lifelong learning.The developmentof digital technology provides technical support and innovative posibilities for this integration.This study takes the regional culture of Shanxi as the research carier，focuses on the scenarios of lifelong foreign language education，andexplores the practicalpredicaments，practical paths and guarantee mechanisms of integrating digital technology into the regional culture of Shanxi into lifelong foreign language education through methods such as literature research，questionnaire survey andcase analysis.Research findings indicate that there are currently problems such as insufficient digitalization ofculturalresources，asingledigital teachingmodel，andweak digital iteracyamong lifelonglearners.Itisproposed that the practice should be advanced from three dimensions： digital resource construction，intelligent teaching implementation，and diversified guarantee system establishment，and the feasibility of the path should be verified in combination with local cases in Shanxi.The research aims to provide theoretical references and practical lessons for the dissemination of regional culture and the high-quality development of lifelong foreign language education.
