The Construction and Application of a Working Framework for AI-Enabled University Archives Management

Abstract： Professional archives in colleges and universities are the archives directly generated by colleges and universities inactivities such as discipline construction，teaching andresearch，and student management，whichhave fixed names，professionalcontents，and standardized management methods.Todo a good job in the managementof archives incolegesand universities，itisnotonly necessary torelyonmodern information technology，butalso to build ascientific and reasonable working framework to improve management eficiency.Basedon this，the article willfocus onanalyzing the significantvalue of AIempowering universityarchive management，and then examine the construction of the working framework and application scenarios of AI empowering university archive management. It is hoped thatthe article can effectively provide reference and inspiration for the modern development ofuniversity archive management.
