Research on the Through-Training Mechanism of Big Data Talents Empowered by Artificial Intelligence Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Against thebackdrop of industry-education integration,the structural contradiction between the suply of big data talents and industrial demand has become increasingly prominent.This paper systematically analyzes the practical dilemmas of thethrough-trainingof bigdatatalents,and proposes theconstructionofa "three-chain integration,four-dimensional support,and five-level through" mechanism. It reconstructs the competency goals, curriculum clusters,faculty teams,and practical training ecology with the help of artificial intelligence.
