Strategies for Guiding the Employment Perspectives of Vocational College Students through the Synergy of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Shipbuilding (Chuanzheng) Culture

Abstract:Againstthebackdropoftherapid developmentofartificial intelligence technologyandthecontinuous deepening of vocational education reform,the employment perspectives are facing new opportunities and challenges for vocational colege students. Shipbuilding (Chuanzheng) culture nourishes the establishment of employment perspectives.This paper explores the synergistic pathways of AI and shipbuilding (Chuanzheng) culture for guiding students'employment perspectives,constructs a structured guidance framework to facilitate students in establishing sound employment perspectives, and aims to provide reference for institutional career guidance.
