Abstract： With the rapid development of artificial inteligence technology and the continuous promotion of the "Digital China" strategy，digital transformation hasbecome acore issue inthe reform，development，and practiceof highereducationinthenew era.Thisarticleanalyzes the significanceofimplementingthe"diverse interactive"college English teaching modelinthe digital technologyenvironment，focusingon the prominent problems in China'scollege English teaching.It emphasizes the practical path of innovating collge English teaching and improving the level of college English education from theaspects of teaching philosophy transformation，improvementof digital iteracyof teachers and students， and transformation of teaching methods.
