Research on the Application Effect of "Virtual and Real Dual Track Coordination - Four Step Spiral Progression"Teaching Mode in Medical Nursing

Abstract: Objective To explore the practical application effect of the teaching mode of "virtual and actual dual track coordination-four stepspiral progresion" in internal medicine nursing.Methods four classes A,B,Cand Dof grade 2023 nursing major in Henan Vocational College of nursing were selected as the research objects by using the comparativeresearch method.Theobservation group (5students inclassAand b)andthecontrol group(l12students in class CandD) wereset uprespectively.The control group adoptedthe traditional teaching mode,andthe observation group adopted the "virtual andreal dual track coordination- fourth-order spiral progressive" teaching mode.The differences inexamination scores,comprehensivequalityand abilitydevelopment,and teachingsatisfaction between the two groups were compared andanalyzed.Results the students in the observation group performed beter than those in the control group in terms of medical nursing examination scores,comprehensivequalityand ability development, and teaching satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion the application effect of "virtual andreal dual track coordination-four step spiral progresson" teaching mode in the teachingof medical nursing course in higher vocational colleges is significant, and has high promotion value.
