Abstract: With the continuous advancement of informatization,traditional archive management methods are facing enormous challnges,and digital archives have become an effective way to improve archive management efficiencyand security.Inorder toaddress this chalenge,thisarticle conducts research onthe basic composition, challenges,and construction practice path of digital archives.The hardware facilities,software systems,and personel management of digital archives are key factors in ensuring their smooth operation.Technological updates, standardization issues,and data security have become the main challenges in the construction process. Clarifying construction goals,strengthening technical support, and optimizing management processes are key to achieving efficient operation of digital archives.
