Abstract： This article analyzes thecore technical characteristicsofblockchain，and elaborates on its application significance in electronic record management from three dimensions： strengthening the security defense line of medical ecords，breaking through thebotleneck of record circulation eficiency，and empowering deep changes in medical reform; Specific application strategies areproposed in four directions：buildinga standardized management platform，improving management mechanisms and credit systems，constructingsmartcontract rules，andstrengthening multi-partycollaboration and talentcultivation.The aim is to promote the deep integration of blockchain technology and electronic archive management，enhance the level of archive management informatization and inteligence，and provide assistance for the refined operation of hospitals and the high-qualitydevelopment of the medical industry.
