Research on the Construction of a Digital Resource System for Ideological and Political Education in Universities

Abstract： The study is based on the educational mission of universities and focuses on the requirements for resourcedevelopment in ideological and political education during the digitaltransformation stage.Itanalyzes the logic of system constructionandthe principles ofoperational design，highlighting thesynergisticrole betweencontent restructuring and technology-assisted alignment.The study proposes that resource optimization should adhere to three coreaspects：valueorientation，structuralclarity，andcompatibilitywith learningcharacteristics.Italsoemphasizes the importance of monitoring the qualityof learning behaviordata colection during platform development，aiming to provide methodological guidance for enhancing the efectiveness of ideological and political education under digital conditions.

0 引言

高校思政教育场景在数字化进程中发生了结构性变化，教师与学生之间的交流方式逐渐从单向灌输转为多向互动，传统教学依赖课堂空间和固定资料库，难以满足碎片化、移动化学习节奏，数字技术具备即时传递、情境呈现与行为响应特性，教育者依托资源体系平台可在不同学习节点提供对应内容，让学生在虚拟模拟或互动课件中完成观点吸收过程，让教育过程能在多终端协同环境中延伸，理论观点能在重复触达阶段逐渐转化为稳定认知，推动数字资源体系形成连贯作用链条，实现育人目标。（剩余4147字）
