Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial inteligence and big data technologies,this paper conducts an in-depth discussononenterprise ideologicalandpolitical work intheinformationage.Itfrstanalyzes thesignificance of applying information systems to enterprise ideological and political work,then pointsouttheexisting challnges, and ubsequently explores innovative paths fromaspects such as platform construction,content innovation,mechanism establishment,and interaction enhancement.
