Abstract： In the field of education，the Outcome-Based Education （OBE） concept is reshaping the curriculum teaching paradigm.This paper focuses on its application in the course of Data Acquisition and Web Crawler， analyzes theeducational logic from practicalstrategies and educational pathsto the integrationof moral literacy，and demonstrates that it drives thecurrculumtoachieve theunityof knowledge，abilityandliteracyprovidingareference for the innovation of information technology courses.
