Abstract: This paper explores the construction of a personalized service model for employment education in the networked environment.It analyzes the positive impacts of the networked environment on employment education, expounds the connotation and value ofthe personalized service model,probes into the construction elements including demand diagnosis,resource matching and dynamic feedback,and puts forward specific implementation strategies, so as to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of employment education.
