Abstract： In the era of big data，information-based offce faces many technological changes and management challenges.This articleexplores the innovative application ofkey technologiessuchas cloud computing and big data in theoffice field，analyzes the practicalchallngesofdatagovernance，technologyandbusinessadaptation，nd proposes a series of information ofice optimization strategies from the aspects of technical architecture，development mode， security protection，etc.Research has shown that systematic planningand continuous optimization around multiple dimensions suchas data，technology，management，andsecuritycanpromotethetransformationofinformation-based office and empower organizational digital transformation.
