Exploring the Potential Risks of AIGC Tool Use on Vocational College Students' Mental Health and Coping Strategies

Abstract: This study investigates the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) tooluse on the mental health of vocational collge students through questionnaire surveysand in-depth interviews. Findings indicate that frequent AIGCuse is significantly associated with increased anxiety,reduced atention span, and weakened social skils,moderated by students’majors and digital literacy levels.The studyproposes anintegrated framework ofcopingstrategies,including optimizing usage habits,enhancing digital iteracy education,and improving psychological intervention mechanisms.
