Abstract： ObjectiveTo systematically sort out the research achievements in the integrated development of Artificial Intellgence （AI）and Traditional ChineseMedicine（TCM），and toexplore thecurrentresearch status，hotspots， and trends in this field.MethodsUsing CiteSpace software，a visual bibliometricanalysis was conducted from dimensions including publication volume，distribution of core authors，institutional collboration networks，keyword co-occurrence，and keyword bursts.ResultsThe number of publications showed a slow initial phase followed by arapid growth trend. Colaboration among authors and institutions wasfragmentedand limited in scope.Keyword co-occurrence revealed research hotspots concentrated onbig data，machine learning，and related fields.ConclusionThe integrated development has achieved notable progressbut stillfaces chalenges suchas data standardization， inheritance of TCM thinking，and data privacy protection.
