Research and Application of High-Precision Equipment Technology Based on the Demands of Marine Engineering Geological Exploration

Abstract: With the rapid advancement of deepwater and ultra-deepwater engineering, marine enginering geological exploration has put forward higher requirements for high-precision equipment.In response to the limitations of the traditional "driling-sampling-laboratory testing"mode in datacontinuityand disturbance control,this research develops a high-precision underwater survey equipment system that integrates heave compensation,penetration rate control,low-disturbance sampling,and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)colaborative operations.An integrated control system for heavecompensation and drillstring is designed,and a coupled model of "platformcompensation-drillstring-probe-soil" is established toreveal the influence mechanismofsea-stateloadand penetrationratefluctuation onin-situtesting accuracy.Theresults indicate thata dampingratioofO.15andapenetration rate of 20mm/s effctively enhance testing stability and data reliability.This research provides theoretical guidance and enginering reference for the design of high-precision depwater exploration equipment and the construction of autonomous systems.
