Reserach on Design and Realization of Adaptive Pressure Control System for High-Precision Stamping

Abstract: In the process of industrial automation and intellgent manufacturing,high-precision stamping process puts forward higher requirements for pressure control accuracy.To this end,this study proposes a fuzzyadaptive pressure control system, which dynamically adjusts the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID)parameters through a fuzzy inference mechanism,combines orthogonal test streamlining rulesand introduces dynamic weights,andintegrates a high-precision hardware system with a real-time software architecture.The results show that the steady state error of the system is controlled within ±0.1MPa ,the overshoot is only 1.7% ,and the friction disturbance suppression rate reaches 93.5% , which significantly improves the pressure gradient tracking accuracy and disturbance robustness.This system provides a high-precision control solution for complex stamping scenarios,and strongly promotes the technological upgrading and inteligent manufacturing development of the stamping industry.
