Abstract: Taking Water Plant A ina certainarea of Fujian Province as the research subject,this research explores the impact of wastewater reuse on the biological safety of water quality.Monitoring and observation were conducted onvarious parts of the wastewater inthe process ofthe water plant,including microbial indicators such as totalbacterialcount,totalcoliformsgroup,eatresistantcoliforms,Escherichiacol,andalgalindicators.empact of wastewater reuse on water quality,biological genetic toxicity,and microbial community changes was explored using the SOS/umu method and 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing.The results indicate that the reuse of Wastewater after treatment by water plants does not pose a risk to the biological safety of the water quality.
