Abstract:The sealing systems of existing building enclosure structure are prone to aging,sealing failure,and wind pressure damage in plateau environments,necesitating optimization and retrofitting tailored to theunique climatic conditions ofhigh-altitude regions.This studyanalyzes the mechanisms ofair infiltration underlow pressure conditions,sealing failure characteristics caused by diurnal temperature variations,and the impact ofstrong wind environments on the airtight performance of building enclosure structure.It proposes optimized sealing systems methods suitable for plateaus,including flexiblesealing and thermal adaptation enhancement techniques forconnection nodes,and airtight construction retroftting processes for high wind pressure environments.Engineering tests validate the effectiveness of these retrofitting technologies,providing technical support for improving the airtightness of existing buildings in plateau regions while enhancing the long-term durabilityand environmental adaptabilityof building enclosure structure.
