Throughthe combination offield research，dataanalysis，and case studies，theresearch explores how to integratedecentralized transportationresources through information networks and mobile internet technologies toaddressissues such as high vehicle deadhead rates and poor information flowandsoon.Starting from the low eficiencyand high cost of logistics transportation，and the lack of technical means infreight supervision，itanalyzes the existing problems of online freight transportation.Based on this，anetwork freight informationservice platform was constructed， witha focus on exploring the platform's network freight monitoring and service functions，and predicting its economicand socialbenefits.It aims torelyonnetwork information technology，optimizethe market development patern，guide the network freight market from decentralization to centralization，promote high-quality development of the industry，and achieve the goal of "zero but not chaotic，scattered but orderly".
